01 Your role & day-to-day
- Developing and implementing CRO strategies for B2B SaaS clients
- Building and optimizing sales funnels to improve conversion rates
- Conducting A/B testing to identify high-performing website elements
- Analyzing user behavior data to uncover optimization opportunities
- Collaborating with our web design and development teams
- Creating persuasive copy that drives conversions
- Implementing personalization strategies based on user data
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance optimization efforts
- Presenting performance reports and insights to clients
02 Requirements
- Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B marketing landscapes
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing websites
- Proven track record of designing effective sales funnels
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
- Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Experience leveraging AI for marketing optimization
- Understanding of personalization strategies and implementation
- Fluent English communication skills (Polish is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
