New venture landing page & product for EdTech Scale-up
Tutlo is one of the largest platforms for learning English in Europe. Tutlo Club, their new venture, aims to create a community-driven, flexible approach to English language learning through group sessions and interactive events.
Challenge
Tutlo needed to validate a new business model for community-based language learning without fully developing the product. They wanted to quickly test market demand for a more social, flexible learning experience and gather initial user feedback.

We adopted a lean startup methodology, focusing on rapid validation of the Tutlo Club concept. Our strategy involved developing a clear product marketing strategy, designing an engaging landing page, and creating initial product designs to showcase the community-driven learning model.

We designed and developed a high-converting Webflow landing page that effectively communicated the Tutlo Club concept, featuring clear sections on the learning format, community benefits, testimonials, and pricing structure.

The landing page gained 100 sign-ups in the first week of launch, validating the demand for a community-driven, flexible English learning model. 99.01% of students reported that participating in Tutlo Club increased their motivation to learn English, and the community quickly grew to over 4,000 members.
